Linden is a restored Plantation House circa 1783. The home is on the National Register of Historic Places and is in the Maryland Conservation Heritage. It is situated on 47 acres of farmland, 35 of which comprise Linden Farm. The Farm has two very old barns, the tin-roofed barn at the corner of Linden Farm Place and Mitchell Road dates from the early 20th century, certainly before 1920.​The second is a Tobacco Barn with a restored Cedar Roof dating from the mid-1800s. Our tobacco barn dates back to the early 19th century. It is a shake barn with a shake shingle roof.
Linden owns two dependencies. The outbuildings were relocated to the property and date back to the 18th Century. They were used for storage.
